Pre Sale Questions

- Yes. As long as the product is unused, undamaged, and the original packaging is retained as is, we will accept returns within 15 days of delivery. But unless there is a problem with the package from our end, we will not be able to do so.
- Any QueByM product that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, or resizing by an external jeweller other than QueByM will not be accepted under our 15 day return policy.
- You need to retain the 'non-returnable' tag on the product along with all its paperwork. A 10% deduction on invoice value will be applicable without this tag.
- A product can only be exchanged once.
- Products that are 'customized' for you will not fall under our free return policy. A 10% deduction will be applicable on the invoice value.
- All refunds shall be done via Bank Transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product. For payments made by card/net banking, a transaction reversal will be done.

Yes. However, this is possible only if the product hasn't been dispatched as yet. Once it is in transition, you will have to collect the product.
Our size chart and colours are of the International Standard Code. We suggest you make sure to check your size and are sure of the colour you want during purchase before placing the order.
Firstly, we would extend our sincere apologies. Our teams would then collect them back from you and offer a replacement. You can refuse a replacement and ask for a full refund if you wish, we will have it processed within 14 days of request.
We have been in the business of Gold for over 5 decades. Our motto is trust. We will send you an authentication certificate along with every piece you order.
We try our best to deliver the products within the stipulated time. Any deviations from the timeline due to our own negligence will give you a choice to cancel the order and ask for a refund or replacement. However, if the product is not delivered to you on time due to your own personal reasons, we will not be able to consider refunds and replacements.
It's simple, if there is a problem at our end with the order, you get your full money back at the earliest. If there is a mistake from your end while making the order though, you will only be entitled to a maximum of 2 replacements. Following which a 100% penalty will be levied.
We use professional courier services for worldwide shipping. It usually takes up to 2 weeks from order date as we make the products just for you. However, please refer to the shipping time mentioned during the placement of your order to get the committed data and time. Also, we do not ship outside of India currently.
Many of our pieces are limited in stock. That's what makes them unique. We try our best though to have a surplus inventory. Also, in case someone else has added them to the cart but yet to pay, they may not appear as available for you. Please check again after 10-15 mins to make sure. You can also write to us to request for the piece.
We use the best of IT infrastructure with minimal risks in hacking. Your money is safe, worry not.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not share this information with anyone and do not disclose your personal details to any third parties not involved with your order whatsoever.
